Default Fobco star pillar drill single phase

As per title, I’ve got a 240v single phase fobco star 1/2” capacity full height pillar drill for sale. Quite a rare beast, the majority of them are bench mounted. In very good mechanical condition, has had bearings replaced fairly recently. Very little play in the quill and no run out in the chuck. Belt in decent condition and drives very positively. As can be seen in pictures below, it will quite happily chomp through 6mm steel with a 1/2” drill without slippage like many of the cheap pillar drills. The table has a few drill marks but is much better than most. All clamps are present and operational, the only thing missing is the rotary switch.

As a bit of a bonus the the small vice and drill set are included to get started with. Bit of an unusual item but thought I’d try here before I list elsewhere at an increased price.

£550. Will easily fit in a tourer but may have to be partially dismantled to go in a saloon, collection in pontefract area or may be able to deliver locally.
