Default Hiline Video module replacement

I have just had my Hiline screen fail.
Radio still works and the screen is backlit but nothing showing on screen.
After locking the car and allowing the gps to power down I opened the boot and could see the GPS led flickering as it came to life but the fan on the video module did not come on.
I am assuming that the cause of the blank screen is a dead Video module.
The module type fitted to my car is a YIC100043
When i checked on Rimmers Website I saw that that was superseded by No YIC000140
I have seen a No YIC000110 for sale.

Would anyone know if the YIC000110 would be a plug and play swap for my current unit?

Also are there any other unit Nos I could look out for?
I have had no previous issues with the Hiline until a few times over the last couple of weeks I noticed the screen going blank then the Rover splash screen appearing for a moment before it returned to normal. The day before yesterday it went blank and now I find I miss it!
Thanks.
Brian.

I see some Range Rover l322 YIL000022 units available would anyone know if these would work ? They look very similar.

Maybe worth seeing if it can be repaired - see link below

Thank you.
I removed the unit to have a look inside. It was clean as a whistle with no signs of the usual water ingress. I put power directly to the fan and it worked.
I am wondering now if it could be a k bus fault - but the GPS and radio power up ok and i could not see anything with the wiring.
I have ordered a unit from a BMW so will see what happens when that gets here. I just hope it is a 4:3 unit as I am not sure if a 16:9 would work. There are so many model no's and i could find no listing of specifications for the different types.
Time will tell.
