Ah, they should only be selling the 2010 disc now which doesn't have it on.
Perhaps continuing to sell the out of date maps because of this.
Bet they didn't reduce the price though.

Ah, you're assuming that the annual releases correspond with the calendar year! Apparently Navteq says that the 2010-11 discs are available from June. I can confirm that the 2009-10 disc does have TMC.

There seems to be some confusion somewhere on this, sure to be Navteq.

They now only release one map disc per year, and the 2010 is available (but not direct from them)
Source mine through Trade and BMW.
I have the 09 - 02 CD and the 09 - 02 High DVDs and the new versions for 2010 are just marked Year.

Hi John,

You're right about the confusion! My friend has just bought a CD, declared as year ending June 2010, direct from Navteq! I expect your trade and BMW sources are keen not to lose your custom, but it appears that you do have the option of going direct to Navteq.
