Hi Rich, Life can be such a b%tch sometimes and it is not fair, be strong and you will come through it okay, hope your Mum will be okay and you stay safe for her sake.

Morning all - another yukky one here with low cloud, light drizzle and a single figure temperature. Time for me to put together another order for Morrisons home delivery. I think I'll check the wine cabinet stocks first - gotta get your priorities right
I see Steve tripped over the 160,000 posts landmark in the LCOZ this morning - still going strong

Rich, to borrow a line by Fletcher in "Porridge", "don't let the barstewards grind you down!" You'll get through it.

Bl00dy horrible day here, strong wind and horizontal rain. Me old f@rt's identity card (bus pass) arrived. If it was decent weather I'd take it for a test run

Put a bowl of beer in your garden, the slugs will be attracted to it rather than your plants

Lonely days are long
Twilight sings a song
All the happiness that used to be

Soon my eyes will close
Soon I'll find repose
And in dreams, you're always near to me

I'll see you in my dreams
And then I'll hold you in my dreams

It gets watered down with all the rain.
