I have fitted one of these to my CDTi after the original one disintegrated. They are OK for the price, but you need to transfer the heat shield over that protects the area close to where the exhaust changes from the downpipe to the CAT.

Mine now has a few splits in it. Is suspect that I may need to get a new one in the next couple of years when this one starts leaving pieces behind on the road.

A few splits suggests it is thin and flimsy? Is it?
I’ve contacted the seller to ask about the thickness in mm but no reply so far.

I had one off them 2 or 3 years ago as they still supply them it was about £70 as I recall and is fine and has the heat shield fitted
