Begger! Well that was a waste of three hours baking bread in the bread machine, I put the ingredients in & went driving trains on the computer, Some clot forgot to add the yeast I've just binned it & started again

LOL Gawd I give up! I bought some more gluten free flour & more expensive called Dovesfarm & went for the 2lb loaf recipe & forgot the bleddy yeast Just enough left to make another loaf. It's just finished & looks & smells great but I'll leave it the bread maker with the lid open to cool down slowly as per instructions.
I'll have to go shopping for more gluten free flour now Henry's apple juice time

So much for telling people not to panic buy, It has the opposite effect on most people. Just been to the big ASDA to get a bit of shopping & some more gluten free flour & the clowns had blocked off the roundabout next to the local BP garage queuing up for fuel

The queues for the ASDA petrol station were halfway around the car park Madness, I saw the same thing in the store with trolleys loaded up with toilet paper Must admit I had a smirk on my face as I wafted silently past them in the MG EV.
