Brahim; it's unwise to rely on a belief without any evidence to support it and you haven't got any yet regarding head gasket failure.

Hi Simon, I know I don’t have to trust a belief, but the coolant level has gone down again and the oil filler cap is full of mayo.
I don’t know how to diagnose a defective head gasket.

As mentioned, oil coolers are a known failure point and if that has been bypassed and now out of the equation I would look to see what you have done recently.
To me the red flag in this would be the inlet gaskets as you say the problem has occurred since you did this? Or am i reading that wrong?

This is something I'd try for home use and peace of mind: search ebay - COMBUSTION LEAK TESTER KIT CO2 PETROL HEAD GASKET TEST FLUID BLOCK one from Poland at £6.98. Can't give a link, comes out ridiculously long.

Regards

Ditto, especially when the poster mentions gasket in the singular, when there are two, were they both changed?

Hi, I did the crack test.
Result: it sputters and crackles
There’s water in the oil.
The oil level went up since yesterday, when I only drove 2 hours last night after the oil change Yesterday.

When I did my thermostat I only removed the front manifold , as that gave me all the room I needed .
Having removed that manifold I found that the ports in the head were filled with water which had clearly drained out of the manifold as it was loosened , and it was necessary to stuff rags into them to soak up the water . There was a surprising amount of water !
I would revisit that manifold to check that all is tightened up adequately , as the fixings are awkward to access . The leak would be on internal faces and probably not show any external signs

Good evening, I changed the oil cooler but coolant continues to enter the engine oil.
I changed the oil, and a liter of coolant came out before the oil leaked.
The car does not heat or smoke.
I’ll try to find a mechanic but here in France they don’t want to touch the Rover.
I think the head gasket is broken.
The thermostat is new, no visible leak.
I drove a hour and the coolant level loss one liter.
