Thats all the parts and well done for taking all those photos, will save me the need to do the same

Odd you have the extra black plug for the external GPS receiver and it suggests that harness is an early part number or from an earlier car the 1999 harness I have here is the same as well but I don't have the black plug in my 2001 CDT.

It is rare to see all the bits together like that, normally key parts are missing from the Ebay sales hence why I insisted on doing my own removal from the donor car where my parts came from. I hope you do get a good price without splitting it all up.

Actually unless you have it squirrelled away somewhere they only bit I retrieved form the donor car that you don't show a picture of is the boot side panel with the shaped projection around the Nav computer housing

Easy enough to make up something instead though!

If they made Jiffy bags that big I would have taken the side panel as well! The only difference I could tell was the fact one had a rectangular hole cut in it! It probably is shaped slightly as well but as its only that one cd drive box that needs hiding, this shouln't be a big deal.

Having looked at some of the various labels, it appears to be a 2001 manufacture, suggesting the donor vehicle is 2002 at the latest.

One problem or three actually!

depending on the target car
reconnecting the TV and Radio amplifiers to the HRW is impossible if the soldered connectors are not already there, Radio should work with the standard single channel amplifier that is already there but TV will need a third party diversity antenna.

If the car has an ISO loom then an adapter will be required which I am trying to track down

Nothing impossible to sort out though.

Yes I think the solution is to use the existing radio aerial connection (even though this may not be able to use the diversity feature unless a symphony unit is already fitted).

Its easy enough to get an aftermarket window film TV aerial. Not sure how good they are though.

Just wondering. Is 'Hi Line' the manufacturer's name or is it the model name?

Its just what MGR used to call the better of the two SatNav systems you could specify for the 75/ZT. LoLine was a text/voice based system using a Symphony head unit with extra knobs and buttons, and used the driver info display in the instrument panel. The (obviously more expensive) HiLine option included the 5" display head unit, TV tuner, etc....

Well I should have known - the ebay sale has fallen through so this kit is back on the market if anyone is a) interested and, b) not yet completely skint through overindulging the wife/GF/kids/self at this joyous time of year.

Won't say anything 'bad' about the ebay 'buyer' but if he's reading this: A little common courteousy would have been welcome!!

I'll be relisting it on ebay in the new year, but in the meantime...
