Messers and time wasters
Hi all
One of the biggest issues we deal with is people who make bookings and either don't turn up or repeatedly cancel for things, if we arrange recovery etc and then you cancel we won't take a booking again. Fed up of this happing. As its not fair on those who wait to get the booking slot and not fair on our transport partners

Hi Chris, sorry this is happening to you it must be really annoying let alone costly. Is it mainly people associated with this site ( if it is then it really is not a good advert for people on here ) or is it just a general thing?
All the best Dave...

Hi dave happens a few times from members on here and Facebook etc, you plan everything and arrange parts and recovery etc around things then they cancel, same time.youve booked recovery which then you have to cancel.and its not fair on our recovery partners who pick things up far and wide

Fact may be Chris your just too trusting
How about a deposit/advance part payment set up where you have an outlay for pick up etc?

I agree with Dave. When it hits them in the pocket, they will think twice. Not a thing you probably want to do, but if they book you, they know what they have done, and should not expect for it to be a free service if they renage on the deal.
