That's a rare car. Unusual it should have ATC, Intell pack and Comet alloys and yet still have rear windey windows and black mirror caps.

Looks very well cared for. Makes me kind of angry how I bought a project one for £520 and there’s that going for that price. 🙈 not that I don’t love my car...

At the price it must be a bargain but a good look underneath is vital.

Why not ? Damson carried on after the Mk1, but very few bought it due to all the updated metallic / pearlescent colours. It's very rare on a facelift.

I think I spotted this car at Cadwell park a few years ago, if it has a crease in the drivers side sill then it will be the same car.
Can't be many in that colour and spec..

I never knew that! I’ve never seen it except on Mk1s. I’d have thought that Firefrost would’ve made it redundant. You live and learn.
