Cool Loss of power

Please help!
Cdti MGZT saloon auto

Recently I had the crankshaft pulley replaced on my diesel ZT. All seemed fine but after a few miles I thought I'd blow the cobwebs out as I noticed a little smoke on the way to have the work done. No power after about 2000 revs, a large amount of grey smoke and just managed to get home. Cleaned the injectors and EGR (very mucky). Could it be something to do with the pulley?? Maybe Maf sensor or EGR faulty?? Maybe fyel oump can't cope under pressure?? I'm no mechanic so no idea!!

Check and clean the plug connections on the LP fuel pressure sensor. It sits on top of the fuel filter inboard of the battery.

Worth changing the fuel filter if you don't have a record of it being done.

A Crank pully change should not cause this issue.

But check all the intercooler pipework , and any leaks here and the power disappears and the exhaust gets very smoky .

Maybe somethings split or got disturbed during the pulley fit , but why ?

Thank you. Forgot to mention I changed the fuel filter when I cleaned the injectors, I'll certainly check the the sensor.

HI Paul.
As above first check the O-ring on the intercooler bend going into the intercooler, easier to do with the bumper removed.

Also crash bar, you can take out the NS light to gain access better to.

Mind if you are decent with spanners it can all be done from within the engine bay without removing the front off.

You can unplug the MAF sensor also to check its not that, but with the smoke look at intercooler hoses and O-rings.
