What surprises me is that such a special car has been allowed to get into the state it is in.
Personally, I would assume that if the bodywork has been neglected to the level that it appears from the photographs, mechanical neglect is probably to the same level. |

It's MOT history isn't great, loads of small stuff which indicates a lack of proper care, although nothing big stands out. I'd have it, but not for anywhere near that money.

I do think some people overvalue certain cars just because there weren't many painted in a particular colour, nice as it may be.
