Default Wiring question: IPK Highline LCD display

I've gone through Rave several times and cannot find what I'm sure must be in there. Hopefully someone can help.

Can someone please point me to the relevant page in Rave which will show the wiring from the press-switch on the end of the indicator stalk to the relevant connector on the IPK. I have a mod to do and need to commandeer the stalk switch; I'll be mounting another inconspicuous dash-mounted switch to work the display. Thanks.

Dougie.

I believe the connection from the trip computer button on the stalk goes to Pin no.5 on the black plug that connects to the instrument cluster, if i remember it rightly.

From RAVE, pin 5 in connector 230 is a Brown cable to the cruise control, Pin 5 in connector 233 is Slate, to the diagnostic socket.

I knew I'd missed it. Thanks for that. Even better, it checks out with meter too.

Close. Pin 9 as above. Cheers anyhow.

I'm installing another Sports/Eco switch mod using the current highline press-button switch on the indicator stalk, but it's the first time I'm doing it on a car with the stalk switch already in use. Turns out it's a piece of cake, relatively.

Thanks for the input gents.

Dougie.

It's years since I've heard of Grey, being called Slate.

It was at the GPO (in the 60's) that I first came across it: do BT / Openreach still use it I wonder?
