Good morning
Overcast but dry and mild on the fens today.
Need to get my bricky trowel out today after cutting back an out of control climbing plant yesterday I discovered it has lifted some of the bricks and capping at the the top of the garden wall now all cleaned off and ready for relaying.
We have a family group of sparrows living under the the roof tiles and they have found the topsoil that I've left in the garden from the fence post hole digging makes a great place for a dust bath.
Have good day all

Morning Ian, that’s fabulous news having sparrows nesting up in the eaves, it’s only fabulous if you like them. I find sparrows are very difficult to take photos of when they are in flight as they fly too fast. Birds in flight is something I am still to master.

Finally got my replacement/additional meds. He hasn't taken me off metformin, its a slow release one he's given me, bl00dy horse pills though! Additional ones are iron and folic acid plus he's referring me re the low iron and low hormone levels.
Morning Steve, thanks for the health update, congratulations on getting your prostate checked out. Unfortunately there is nothing easy about having the PR done, hopefully it was a normal result.

Cool

Morning everyone.

Many thanks to Trikey for his tip on getting rid of the flu. Slept solid for 8 hours.
