Morning everyone.

A grey start to the day but at least it’s dry.

Car cleaning duties this morning, both are dusty.

Off out to dinner tonight, twice in one week. It’s our very belated Xmas meal. There was 19 of us originally going but owing to Covid be are reduced to just 11 going.

Jeff, what's this ......doing nothing..... thing?

There's folk cleaning cars and all sorts of other stuff.

I'm about to head off to put 2 cubic metres of bark on MIL's borders to try and control the weeds.

I think a penance of doing nothing, sunbathing is appropriate

Suffering a little bit but it was worth it had a little sesh and couple of cans something I haven't done in ages.

A little get together turned into all night bender

Swigging coffee and hopefully weather should get a bit better later on hopefully so I can on the jobs that need doing

Evening. Feeling decidedly 2nd hand after three hours at the Royal Infirmary earlier today getting a camera in both ends

, feel battered and bruised internally

The endoscopy (which I've had before) was every bit as horrible as it usually is, camera in t'other end is a new experience, wasn't as bad (helped considerably by gas and air for the painful bits) but by no means pleasant. Doc quite happy with the endoscopy side of it but encountered problems with the other one which means I'll probably have to go through it again . . . . whoopee doo
