I have posted a video from my facebook,when i look at it on here i noticed i can see all my face book. Does that mean Everybody can do it.

I think you'll need to go into the security settings by pressing the '?' in the top banner of the facebook site and limit the audience for your posts, It will restrict who can see your content.
