Lots of cooking to do today.......A winter warming Sunday Roast Beef dinner and Winter Berry Crumble will be served at Tea Time.

The wind had relented a little and the sun popped out briefly.....Raining again now though!

More rain here today so back up in the loft to out some plastic sheet under the broken tile to divert the leak from the broken tile, to the tile below, to keep it out of the loft and the electrics. Roofer, hopefully coming back tomorrow with the correct tiles and underfelt to finish the job. My grandson is missing his mum because she has gone to a "chicken" party! I think that he means "hen"!

Oh Yum! I love Rhubarb crumble, In fact I've recently sown some heritage Glaskin rhubarb seeds last month & they're just germinating in the cold frame, Wont get an harvest from them for two years though but there were no Glaskin crowns available at the time.
Might get a Rhubarb crown of another variety to plant in the Spring.

These moggies of ours are going nuts today One of them has spied a tiny bit of the rubber seal sticking out from the conservatory door & stripped it out & the other begger has knocked the record player over onto the floor doing zoomies around the house
