Morning Stu (3.30 ?!?), Mike and Nigel - fleeting visit only from me for coffee and orange juice this morning. School run (walk actually) week, so in five minutes' time I'm off for a 3 mile round trip - back about 9.30ish - cold and hungry, but a fraction fitter than I am right now

Sky is totally clear, first signs of sun coming up - but it is a bit parky out there - frost and a touch of ice in places.
Just had an invigorating 1 mile walk - rest for an hour now, then another half mile to school - followed by a mile and a half back home, by which time I'll be ready for a bowl of porridge

I have to go for another round of blood tests at the end of February Jeff - but worse than that, I'll be weighed again

- so for the next couple of weeks I'm not overindulging

SWMBO has a dental appointment today - unfortunately (or perhaps fortunately ?), it's Monday, so the pork pie shop is closed

and after hearing what happened to Tony I think its time I cut out on the over indulgence as well.

Good job the Pork Pie shop is shut Rod, especially as you've told me how lovely their pies are
