I look forward to reading it if you do one.

Thanks again.

Andy,

there is a couple of options for the voice, there is a low quality and a high quantity one and also adding lines to the SYS.TXT, which should make a difference.

I did hot have time to "play" with my head before the GPS card reader give up the ghost and would not read the micro card, I only had in the car for 2 hours

As I said once I get my replacement back, and have time to modify the IGO I will be able to give you all more information.

To include

Adding SKIN's (which are SO much better than the original screen view)

Adding Speed Cams (Which warn you 100 yards away, our closer if it's a red light cam

Adding "Another" voice, (which will give you a far more detailed instruction I.E currently it only says turn left in 100 yards the modified voice says turn left in a 100 yards to Blackwell Lane (as an example road name) also it says take exit 3a in 100 yards, hence giving a far more detailed instruction.

If anyone is interested please let me know, I don't want to got though the time and effort if no one would be interested.

Please let me know your views.

Tony i'm sitting in the back and watching and waiting to what you are posting about iGO8, and the info about the position arrow to be made smaller is something i will try tomorrow and i would like to know more about the voice change that you just mentioned that the street name is included with the next manouvre that would be great. please do a 'how to' it will save time looking through this thread and you answering questions long term, the double din first thread went over 1000 comments and probably this one is going that way to.

fantastic for the help Tony,

adrian
