It’s coming back
Bournemouth beach packed to the hilt with sun worshipers, Liverpool’ thousands of football fans gather in the streets to celebrate the victory and qualification to champions of the p l. No social distancing whatsoever,, what is wrong with people? Are they too stupid to understand that yes the public spaces are open, but social distance still needs to be observed.

Anpr the cars and fine the owners. Non payment crush the car.
End furlough now. Beach safe so too are schools. Close the beaches. Position Apache helicopter gun ships above the beaches. Said helicopters make a very interesting sound. Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. |

I think the precedents have been well and truly set by the expenses fiddlers and the police alike. There is nothing apparently wrong in going to the sea to check that you can see providing that the sea is closer than Barnard Castle.

Think the beaches here in Suffolk and Norfolk were the same, almost popped over but decided against it. Suspect this is more of the nefarious purpose of our perfidious media. Not like they have form of course. I mean why not film an empty beach or park.

London Mayor has announced there will be £140 million cuts to met. police following local authority shortfalls. His contribution? A 10% salary cut. Bless him, most generous. And all from his very limited remuneration one supposes. Not to mention the massive increases to traffic charges. I said not to mention....
The activity around beaches and other public spaces where the rules are being challengingly flouted will only result in police activity becoming more militarised and violent. All in order to maintain control of vital public services and protection of public safety. Wait for us Minneapolis, we are not far behind.

Indeed, he should follow the example of the Prime Minister and give up a much rounder figure from his salary.

Probably more to do with dense population areas and proximity to beaches really. (and somewhat lack of imagination). Was at Skegness myself on Monday (not somewhere I'd usually go, but a ride out is a ride out...) Enjoyed some chips and an Ice Cream - loos open (with suitable warnings as to the risks of using). A good few on the beach but afaics staying in their bubbles and social distancing pretty well.

PM gets £78,000 for PM plus £80,000 for his MP job, (plus who knows what). He is somewhat overpaid for the MP job (because he doesn't actually do it now) even so, 10% of his drawn pay is £303 per week. T'would only be a fiver difference. One of those two indispensable public servants is apparently overpaid. And, on face value, under occupied. Best to leave that to you to decide.
