Another approach to the wheel centre cap problem: A Bulgarian vendor offers this:
https://www.ebay.de/itm/224054922509...m=224054922509

I ordered a set:

They are looking good although they are a little bit too large (60mm). I will stick them on universal caps and I think the little overhang won´t play an optical role because the stickers are quite flat. We will see.

Using a DIY drum sander, abrasive paper and polishing cream I modified an ugly red anodised oil catch tank:

The final result:

Ready to fit to the silver beautie´s engine...

Another little progress: A freshly refurbed throttle body.

Before:

And after:

It just needs a new gasket between the both casings.

I'm doing these items for the ZT, if you buy a home plating kit like I did, there's no limit to how good we can get our cars. The kits are well priced and the only thing you need is patience and time.

Michael, could you please show me a link to such a kit? I am patient like Buddha himself but time always is a problem ...

There is a little progress concerning my silver beauty. Now even the wheel centre caps are finished (lacquered) and the wheels are ready to fit:

I´ve managed to find a complete leather interior in decent condition. I´ll just clean it and give it a treatment with Gliptone´s leather conditioner and the stuff will be as good as new.

And I had the rare opportunity to find a rear parcel shelf with the electric sunblind. Just a detail with uncertain utility but surely a very noble gimmick, I think.
