Morning folks - it's actually not a bad day here, after a cold, almost frosty night. There's the odd glint of sunshine, the clouds are high, and it's dry.
Got a load of Doctor's appointments to make today - flu jabs for SWMBO and I, a request for SWMBO to be sent to the dizziness clinic, as her Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo has reared its ugly head again, and she also needs blood tests and BP checks for her annual review.
You can't say we don't get our moneysworth out of the NHS

It's a very pleasant doors and windows open kind of day here in Dorset, already been in the garden emptied the contents of two compost bins into the borders, cleared away the last few tomato and pepper plants and cut the last fruit from our outdoor cucumber. Back indoors painted the kitchen door so time for a coffee now. Need to go to to the pet store later to restock on thistle seed for the Goldfinches, seems to be a bumper year for them.
Cheers Ian

We're planning for a cold Winter - we've managed to pick, and get into the freezer, lots of our own rasps, old railway lines brambles, and our own cooking apples - lots of nice hot crumbles coming up

The plot thickens. Having had a closer scoot around the site it would seem that not every signature with HTTP triggers the problem. Arctic has such a link in his signature to the Nano site without apparent issue on this site. However the Nano site itself has not adopted HTTPS and outwith this site it flags up a false positive as insecure so it might be losing traffic as a result. As for Ian, his sig link to Dailymotion could be ok possibly because DM has adopted HTTPS, but I'm guessing and it might be something else. But looking at Ian's HTTP cat gif, it is definitely causing a problem with false positives and I would put money on it being fixed if he substituted it for this HTTPS cat gif below:
