Hello everyone.
Do you know if the situation of shipments from the United Kingdom to Europe is still serious? I have had a shipment that is still 'stuck' for 33 days in a post office there and there is no way to contact Royal Mail through the page.

You may (or should?) ask the seller. IMHO he is still responsible as far as the parcel is not delivered. Depends on the conditions (tracked or not, etc...).

The Royal Mail's overseas parcel service was recently hacked and held to ransom. As far as I know it is still in limbo and no date has been given to resume deliveries.

They are blaming a Russian ransomware gang but who knows.

The sender is a friend of the club. He is always informing me and keeping me up to date. The shipment is tracked and signed for internationally. He has told me that even the Royal Mail page is blocked, so they don't protest so much. It's been 33 days since the package was deposited at the Royal Mail office. I've tried to contact Royal Mail, but it's not possible, to ask. We will have to be patient.

I've just ordered a 52mm TB for my 25 and Royal Mail is supposed to do the job! I'm quacking in my boot for fear the parcel may be lost.
I've been given a very long and unusual shipping time...
Sent on the 16th last and due to arrive around the 7th of March!
I didn't notice the Channel was so far...

I sent a parcel on the 31st Jan to a guy in Denmark, it was in customs on the 7th Feb and was then delivered to him on the 14th Feb, and sent by Royal mail.
