Scam alert.
Offering reduction on "City" council tax. Has UK coat of arms at heading and mentions HMRC to give a appearance of genuineness . Give away is it says you can get a reduction in council tax!!!!!!????? I might be wrong but I dont think so. Scam Scam. Chris S.
