(In my opinion) I can't see how one party can be 100% responsible regardless of the behaviour of the other. If cyclists are using the road they have a responsibility to abide by the rules of the road.
What are the rules in these countries regards an incident between cyclist and pedestrian? The pedestrian should be more stable I guess, unless under the influence. |
