Good morning Richard, sorry to hear you are having a struggle. Did you have a break from taking AD’s? AD’s help in coping with depression and with life. That’s only part of the answer You said you feel extremely tired at the moment.

Morning all - eventually. Yesterday's snow has been replaced by dank, dismal, damp low cloud - a thoroughly unpleasant day. Heating on and sat indoors - again.
We're now on "expected birth day + 1" with my daughter - the bump hasn't put in an appearance yet

Could have sworn I had a photo of it on our feeders but can't find it. Here it is on our neighbour's feeder.

Overcast and dry and due to get better .

Take care.
Thank you Andy for sharing the photo, which shows how varied and spectacular these birds are.

Best ad I remember appeared in the Motorcycle News, early 80s? It was an ad for the Yamaha motorcycle roadshow which was to go around selected dealers with various bikes you could test drive. The full page ad featured a very scantily clad woman (undies, stockings, suspenders!) astride a Yamaha bike with the caption "Happiness is a free ride" As I said, only appeared once

How are you?

Yesterday was hot at 35C, today it’s 28C, no complaints except we are still waiting for the vaccinations to start.

Morning Phil I hope you're well, I'm fine thanks. Good tip, the nettle tea I did last year was even more stinky than the comfrey tea, Tomatoes.peppers/chilli's cucumbers thrive on the comfrey, only trouble is the slugs love to eat the plant too So I'm sowing some more comfrey seeds this year to bulk up my supply, They're notoriously slow to germinate with a poor percentage of seeds germinating. Two seedlings out of twelve so far

Morning Phil,I have never been on them. I was on beta blocker anti anxiety meds in Oct/Nov and hadn’t taken any for a while so have started them again. Doc said I could have some ad s to go with them but I said I would try the bb s first and get in touch if I needed anything else. They seem to have kicked in now, I think the tiredness is mental exhaustion.
