Lamb casserole prepared this morning. flung in the slow cooker for eight hours.

Got home and finished off in an oven dish for forty minutes....

Should be ready anytime soon

Dunno what to eat. Made chicken tikka masala for us last night then went off the idea, didn’t have anything. I’ve got the tikka or some pork adobo in the fridge, don’t really fancy either

That's a begger Steve, It's happened to me once or twice when I've cooked something.

Happens with me with an annoying frequency, quite often resort to toast. A lot of days I'll have a couple of slices of toast in the morning and the same in the evening, little interest in cooked food

Had the last of the adobo but it wasn't nice, when Ging had some she overheated it and burnt it.

Cheers Ian.

Hope you get your appetite back soon Steve.

In the meanwhile......Here's the finished effort

Its nothing new Jeff, been like this for quite a while, sort of used to it. Very rarely have what you'd call a substantial meal, I'll cook something but primarily for Ging, don't eat anything myself.

Dear God, it could only be in America. A woman is suing Kraft for $5m because the advertised prep time for their individual pots of mac and cheese does not include the time the to open the lid and sauce sachet then add water and stir.

Morning all.

Well, shiver me thermals, it's nippy out there .

And with that clingy damp that get right into you .

And as for lawsuits in America, it could only happen in America - hopefully. IMHO another person on the fiddle hoping to get a massive payout for nothing. A bit like all the other folks who are "influencers" and the like as far as I'm concerned.

Had a lovely catch up with Chris & Pam yesterday (Chris 65) while Quizzie, of course, charmed her way into rather a lot of treats . Nice to report that the tea making is still up to the standards we've come to expect at the Nano's . Cheers both.

Take care everyone.
