The vast majority of our snow has thawed overnight - it's still cold out there, but it's more of a damp cold rather than a frosty one now.

Afternoon all, what a dark dreary wet miserable day it's been, Hardly moved off the couch today except to open & close the garage doors, condensation is still dripping off the roof inside despite all the doors being open

Cool

Evening everyone.

Been a funny old day weather wise. Started sunny with thick frost then in come the freezing fog. The sun took its time burning it off. The temperature started to creep up towards 10 degrees then plummeted to 3.5 degrees. Now it’s raining.

Had a gammon rasher n chips for tea. Now having large glass of Jammy Roo, red wine by Yellowtail.

Evening everyone.

What little snow we had has all thawed out. The downside being that the footpaths across the fields are now lethally slippery with thick, clinging mud. I'm normally 5' 6" but now I'm 6' 5" .

SWMBO is now getting bored and frustrated 'cus having one foot in plaster makes most things difficult and there's only so many books you can read and the TV is rubbish .

I was going to suggest a nice therapeutic vacuuming out of the 75. After all, it can be done sitting down . But since I don't particularly want a trip to A&E at the moment and being a wimp - I kept quiet .

Take care.
