Looking at its history that shouldn't be a reason for undue concern. It's been in storage for eighteen months and prior to that it passed its MOT and did so the previous year as well. The year before that all it needed was attention to the handbrake.

Any car which has been unused for that length of time will require some attention. The seller has explained that due to ill health he cannot do this himself.

This is surely a low mileage 190 which will probably end up in a dealer's showroom.
