Thanks guys for all your help with Zt fan fiasco she’s now working perfect along with the air conditioning soldiering the wires fixed the job fan kicks in air goes cold stood still. So thanks for all your input.

HI Jake.
Nice one you will need that cool air for at least another couple of weeks yet, before wet & windy weather returns at least you know how a bumper comes off now, as well as a slam panel /fan etc

Correct
Yes all rusty bolts replaced with new down below with grease applied came apart the second time like putting a knife through butter. Even sanded headlights with 500, 1000, 1500, 3000’s on my DA replace xenon bulbs with brighter ones and repainted black grills. Looks fresher with repo new badge.
