Ok 1 of ! is as rare as it can get with anything, but the bit about rarity being sort after isn't always true.

In my case it was 1 of 59 (max 55 left) & very well sorted but no interest at all so the argument doesn't always stand up.

Glad I wasnt the only one thinking it. I would never put down anyone selling our marque for top dollar if worth it but top dollar is a lot less than that even for a "rare" V8. Lets face it the mustang V8 in the 260s is nothing special and only adding the supercharger breathes a little life.
Controversial statement as I am an enthusiast of this marque but people have to be realistic. When attaching a price to a selling car emotion needs to be removed.

GLWS for whoever is selling as I am not dissing the car just the price. The list of very good rare cars with better V8s is fairly substantial at 20K even an original supercharged Mustang

Only problem is the image those cars portray - either used car salesmen, footballers or drug dealers.

At least the image of a 75 is pretty anonymous.

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2004-54-r...WboAAOSw3utY5-

Again same seller
mgzs was purchased off ebay for £2000 well over a year ago and its had nothing done, was advertised for £4k and its dropped even since, he has another V8 also purchased off ebay with dodgy rear spoiler off colour and the wrong wheels, just after a fast buck.

When I went to buy my A6 from Bournemouth I noticed in one of the photos he sent me the garage door was open. And hiding inside was a silver mk2 MG ZT V8.

I asked about it and sure enough it was indeed a v8!

I told the guy that when I came down to buy the Audi A6 I I'd ONLY buy it if he took me for a spin in the V8 ZT

it really was the highlight of my long drive down there, and the thing sounded god like when he opened the taps while driving past a long wall.

I think it had the xpower exhaust system on it. It sounded lovely to my ears anyway.
