Back in 2011 I received a quote to paint the roof of my 2004 pearl black MG ZTT, with 34,000 miles, due to bird droppings damaging an area about the size of a 50p piece...
£1100 +vat!! Obviously I didn't use them. |

When insurance comes into play body shop prices rocket. I once had a lease Clio that was to be returned. It had a couple of minor body dents and a scrap e which required repair. An ‘approved’ repairer quoted £800 for the insurance job. My local trusted paint shop did the job for £200.
