Default What was the final Maintenance Check Sheet MGR published?

As titled.....

What was the final edition of the Maintenance Check Sheet (used during servicing) that MGR published for our cars?

Various things changed between editions, bits added, intervals altered etc.

Last one I can find is RCL 0566(3)ENG 9/2004

Any later than that?

That was the last revision

There is a one published by an author in Middlesex, that has only two checkboxes, which is all that is necessary when not maintaining your car properly

1. Drive to dealer.
2. Open wallet and invert to empty contents.
