Default information requiered from you savvy members

Hi all how difficult is it to remove the drivers side outer door handle to remove the seized barrel so it can be rebuilt around the key ?

Not a terrible job, just needs plenty of plus gas on the little torx screws that hold the handle on, they are prone to snapping.

You need to do the following.
Remove the door card, to access the internals.
Remove the window mechanism and glass (Easier if you do this)
Remove the door lock solenoid.
unclip the chrome bezel from the inside of the door (Requires flexible fingers)
Remove small piece of chrome trim to the lh side of the drivers door handle.
Remove the door handle, this will expose the two torx screws, remove these (Gently) And the handle mechanism will come out.
Once out you can gently lever the plastic tangs that hold the barrel in and slide the lock barrel out.
