The easiest and cheapest way to do this would be to sell the gold 75 and then buy one in a colour you like.
Worth noting that White Gold with the aubergine interior is rare so it would be a shame to change it. |

A properly done chrome wrap like the above would probably cost roughly the same as a respray.
