Morning all.

All a bit grey and dismal here.

Only just come on to the forum and, like Bob, totally shocked about the sad news.

Make time for your loved ones.

I was on just before bed yesterday evening, immediately saw the black and white banner and thought who's that for. Stunned when I saw who had passed.

Still got to clear the leaves stripped from the roses by the storm. Wind was still too strong the following day, couldn't do it Sunday as I woke up to 2" of snow and it was raining yesterday and today.

The storm stripped the leaves from purple hazel tree we have & I was going to trim the vertical branches but it's too wet & the ground is sodden. It' one of those trees that if you miss cutting it back one season the next years growth is enormous so as soon as it dries up it'll be getting trimmed back.

It's chucking it down here, I think I'll take that over the icy weather. We had two of those round gammon steaks in the freezer so I cubed those with veggies & potatoes & used one of those bake seasoning packets topped with cheese, Dear me! Bootiful
The stable where I ordered 120 kgs of well rotted bagged horse manure from for delivery today never showed up Why cant they just ring/email you if they cant make it

Dear Sir, apologies for the non delivery of the manure. To compensate we will be delivering a horse in the morning which you can keep for a week. That should produce more than the missing 120 kilo delivery.

The Lionesses done well tonight against the Latvian team. Beat them by 20-0.

Just having a large single malt for Debz, bless her.

Morning all.

Dull and grey here but at least dry.

Quizzie lost her tug of war with Bertie yesterday . Here she is looking on as her boyfriend walks off with his prize.

Maybe he was getting his own back from last week's discussion about whatever dogs discuss . But he was obviously wrong

Take care all.

Remember those you love.
