If anything like my car there is a unit in the boot behind the off side "insulation". check the wiring harness going to the sensors make sure that is ok

If you get a long beep first time then nothing it will most likely be the splice joints on the loom behind the bumper as they get damp in them and corrode, other possible fault is if the paint has blistered on a sensor the corrosion behind the paint will cause same fault

I’ve got the same problem. Longish beep and no clicking at the sensors. Is it a bumper off job to check the connections?

If no clicking from all 4 sensors this points to a failure at the connector where the 4 sensor looms converge before going onto the parking ECU (offside behind boot fascia). The connector can be corroded leading to the sensor signal not getting to the parking ECU. Yes its boot off.

Alternatively but less likely all 4 sensors have failed and need replacing.
