Is this the same car up for sale again, which a member was interested in?

Seems to be quite expensive considering the mileage and the bodywork is not perfect in particular the towing eye cover and the areas the seller has mentioned in their listing.

Sale has fallen through again perhaps he should've taken my money and had no hassle but why do people do this bid then not buy timewasters even after being let down at the last minute I wouldn't do this mmmmmmm makes me wonders sometimes how small minded you have to be to do things like this
