Default Warning mileage alert on this car on ebay

Hi I wouldn’t want to see anyone get caught out by this car so thought I’d post a warning about a serious mileage issue with this eBay car it’s gone back some serious miles

21/10/2014 (Mot check)
Mileage 206,187

10/10/2017 Last MOT mileage
47,117

Current advertised Mileage
47,093

Says he’s owned the car for 2 and a half years so how has it got LESS miles on the clock in the picture than when it was MOT’d 10/10/2017 over 3 months ago unless the picture is old??? Outside temp is 18 degrees haven’t seen that here for a long time

So if he purchased it in July 2015 as he/she said he did it must have still been MOT’d with a MOT showing 206,187 from its MOT on 21/10/14

Anyway link here https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?m...2F282802346342

Hope this saves anybody being caught out by what appears to be a dodgy seller

Its a shame that the pictures do not show if the front seat side bolster is worn

Amazing that the seller is saying that it may have covered in excess of the displayed 47k mileage.....yeah, like he doesn't know!!
You could almost accept it if there was a smaller difference but 206k plus in 2014!!!

that's the best looking front end I've ever seen at 206,000 miles it looks like the 47k it's showing with 7 keepers in total doing around 35k each that's a clean old bus. no mention of history.
