Default Zt Auto gearbox thud

A ? To all Zt auto when you blip throttle at low revs while moving i here a thud noise sounds like the take up on a rear driven car like a worn centre donut on the prop ! Could it be lower engine mount?
Thank you

Check the top mount too. I had a lot of movement in mine (1.8T auto). Get someone to sit in the car with the engine running and go through the gears (foot brake firmly applied of course!) and see how much movement there is.
