Does anyone know what this is???

Hello!

So I'm airing my passenger side footwell, just in case there is some condensation I haven't seen that's cauing my airbag woes, and after having lifted the carpet, Hello, I find this small silver box, with an internet-beating label on it!

Does anybody know what it is? As you can see it is very corroded, so I'd like to replace it, just-in-case....

It's crudely wired to a small lead-acid cell under a black plastic cover, which might be its PSU?
