rover 75 central locking

hi to all
yesterday i changed the drivers central locking unit and the drivers rear central locking unit the drivers unit now opens and locks with the fob and the drivers rear door and the immobilizer comes on when you lock the car and goes off when you open the car but when you open the drivers door with the key in the drivers lock the immobilizer does not go off and the alarm sounds i have to lock the car to switch off the alarm the t4 does not show any faults either in the security or the immobilizer but i tried TOAF and it showed that there is a miss match with the drivers unit can anyone help
