Or what do you use in your 1.8 K series (no turbo)?

The Mobil Oils have a Very Good Reputation, I use Mobil One and Very Pleased but that is in a Diesel.

I run a astra estate 1.6 petrol (and I am a member of the vauxhall trade club)
I always use vauxhall's semi synthetic 10w/40 (SL/CF A3/B3) in my 75 1.8 none turbo and never had a problem. I do change the oil and filter every 3000 mile, as it is my second car.
