I think it looks great Pete, although I too wondered about the use of red T Cut, which I recall as being an abrasive most suitable for older chalky paint finishes (are we talking about the same thing?). The result though is beautiful. One of my cars is the same colour, and now I'm jealous! Too cold outside to be polishing today though, even if I wasn't working.

It's the mutts danglies now Roger, very pleased with it. The chalky reference I made was with the polish not the paint - I tend to find Autoglym does dust up a bit too much for me, although it wipes off with an ant-static mop easily enough. Bet there is a way round this though!
Think I'll do the roof panel this weekend. Big section so will need a bit of time and care. Might even wash the Omega as well, which will be twice in two weeks! |

The boot lid looks great Pete, I was just wondering if you have ever removed the rear light lenses.
I did at the weekend ! There is a rain channel running around them that fills up with gunge, gives you a nice feeling cleaning them up and putting it all back together again ! (Or maybe thats just me) Steve |

Another area I have always wanted to get to grips with is the chrome strip that runs the full length of the sill.
I'll bet there is a load of crud washed behind there over the years. Does anyone know how to remove them without causing any damage ? Steve |

If removing the door chrome trims are anything to go by, then the plastic clips usually break off in the process and are over £1.00 each plus the dreaded Vodka And Tonic !
