Smile Rare 'Raven Black' 75cdt Conn.SE auto 69k miles

**NOW SOLD**>>Reluctantly for sale due to move abroad.I've owned this rare beautiful Raven Black 75 diesel (my 3rd) since October 2016 when she had covered just 61000 miles.Since then I've only done 8000 miles. The 75 was the brainchild of BMW when it owned Rover so the floorpan is from the BMW 5-series (hence the superb ride and roadholding) and the engine is the robust and frugal turbo BMW M47R.One previous owner before me who acquired the car new on 25/06/2002.Being the SE model the standard equipment is Xenon headlights + wash, automatic dimming rear view mirror, cruise control, heated front seats + drivers memory seat.Additionally an electrically-operated rear blind, heated powerfold mirrors and a Weber underbonnet heater activated in very cold weather are also fitted. The interior is Sandstone Beige (more like cream) leather piped in black and is in utterly superb condition. It also has the advantage of a fold-flat rear backrest which is ideal for carrying larger loads(I've never used it).Rover'Meteor' alloy wheels are fitted and when I acquired the car I replaced all 4 tyres with new 'Hankook'.
Also, fitted as a top-specification option when new is the High Line navigation system which incorporates a tv screen and music centre (CD player, radio, cassette). The car has never let me down, utterly reliable as were my previous 75's. I've driven her to France on several occasions.
During my ownership I've had various parts replaced (the normal age/wear related parts). These include the top front-suspension mounts, crank pulley, underbonnet fuel pump.New windscreen was fitted in 2018.The car has been regularly and properly serviced by an independent BMW&Mercedes specialist. She comes complete with original handbook etc. in the original Rover wallet, 2 sets of keys. MoT expires 30/08/19 .
I believe I've priced the car fairly at £2495 ono in view of the low mileage, service history and rarity.Offers within reason will be considered.>>>>Photos on www.carandclassic.co.uk/C1067532
