Late 70s a friends mum had a Fiat 500L with a fabric sunroof, we managed 5 inside and two sat on top of the front seats with the roof open.
If the world was run by decent honest leaders, we'd have a decent & honest place to live in.

I had 4 adults, one female was 6 months pregnant, a 2 year old girl and a large stuffed dog all in a FIAT 500L. We also had a large suitcase, we then opened the fabric roof and jammed the suitcase in the opening.
Journey was from Ammanford South Wales to Huntingdon in Cambridgeshire. We swapped places a few times.

Photo is of the FIAT 500L with a rubber dinghy tied on the roof but that was another adventure.
The FIAT went by the name of Baby Burp.

I remember driving around the west end in London in 1955 in a 1937 fiat 500 Topolino with two of us in the front seats and four in the back. ( It only had two seats and they were the front ones. Lol. )
Total, six 18 year olds.-------------
