Sad sight in Aberdeenshire
A friend took these pictures yesterday whilst out and about near Huntly in Aberdeen shire. There's a few old abandoned cars on this abandoned farm but this Rover is one of the better ones. Not sure of the exact version but bet this looked stunning in its younger days!

True. It's a saloon. Had one in the early 70s, the first car I ever resprayed and I believe it still survives. Thirsty for short journeys, but this one looks a viable restorstion job so I hope someone is able to rescue it to do up, rather than it be wrecked on the banger-racing tracks. |

Not sure what the story is with the farm, no one lives there now and police did a drugs bust there a while back. There's a few cars there just wasting away.

Amazing it was kept going until 2007 and then left to rot, - it was already a classic by then. But then I've had a MGF VVC standing outside awaiting TLC for 3 years.
