How do you remove a VDO audio unit ?
Just had a 2005 CDTI Conny and want to take out the stereo to check if it has a cd changer plug on the back which will take an ipod connector.
Problem is i cannot easily see how the unit comes out as i expected to find 2small holes at either side for insertion of a tool to lift it out. It is not a face off unit and there must be some security on it - has anyone already done this as i dont want to use guesswork and damage anything.
