Default TOMTOM 510 plus two vehicle kits for sale **SOLD**

As a result of my present little project, my TOMTOM 510 is now surplus to requirements.

Less than a year old, it is in immaculate condition and of course, works perfectly.

I'll include TWO complete vehicle mounting / PSU kits so you can swap it between vehicles in seconds (if you've a mind to). One of which was modified so that it can be bolted down rather then the usual suction system.

£150 anybody?

Question

How much are they new?
Are they easy & quick to use & not likely to go out of date in 5 minutes?
I don't know much about these type of sat-nav units as I do it the old fashioned way with a map book as it is easy to use & generally more reliable!

I think they are about £250 new.

Got to be one of the simplest things ever to use. Even SWMBO can use it and she is a self confessed technophobe

They will never go out of date I suppose.

Map updates do come out occasionally though.

I wasn't impressed until I saw one in use - now I'll not be without.

Combination of GPS and Traffic master and you can't really go wrong assuming a modicum of common sense.

Traffic master alerts you to a hold up - you just swing off the affected road and the GPS automatically re-routes you.

Hope that helps
