Bloomin' heck! As I was making toast I noticed the Tablet doodah that came with the smart electric/gas meters flashing a red message saying my tariff is going down on the 1st of October
That's something you don't see very often.

Blimey! Is a credit score so important!!!. I've just been on the .Gov site to claim my tax refund & had to stop as they say I don't have any credit history!, My credit history! I have never had a credit card or had a loan (except my mortgage which is long paid off) and they cant find any credit history on me so I cant continue, I must exist as they've sent me the letter informing me of my refund
Looks like I'll have to wait up to 60 days for a check then instead on 5 days with the online HMRC form The joys of dealing with government departments.

Evening all, It's been spitting with rain all day, never progressed into raining proper.
I've got a new favourite nosh from Aldi, Stuffed baby peppers with Ricotta cheese They're very moorish Yum. They want too many hoops to jump through on that HMRC online doodah, I had to make a 'gateway account' they wouldn't send the password number to an email, had to be mobile phone, I ain't having a snooping government dept checking my whereabouts with me new mobile phone So I dug out an old mobile phone (house brick type) from the drawer in the garage & gave them that number there was less than a quid on it. Then this crapolla about no credit history, there was an option on the online form but I'd lost the will to live, I can wait the 60 days til they send me a check, I wont starve. Yep Freddie , a Refund of £1060 smackers that'll be going into me Electric car fund, The new 2018 Nissan Leaf has been unveiled today but I think I'd need a bigger kitty for that one
